August 4, 2023 Scleral Lens fitting

Excited to fit a new Scleral Lens today in my San Fernando, Pampanga clinic. Right eye has advance Keratoconus, and a moderate one for the Left Eye.

We have started his Scleral Lens fitting for the Right since the Left eye is fresh from the patient’s Corneal Cross Linking. We were able to improve from unaided VA of 20/600 to 20/50 for the OD.

The sclera also appears to have some toricity. Good thing the Scleral Lenses I used could mark where and how much rotation is made.
